Since 2019 we’ve been collaborating closely with Zip-Zag®, a company known for its patented Dual-Lock, odour-proof, reusable storage solutions. Originally established in 2005 in North America, Zip-Zag® has already conquered markets across the USA, Canada, and the UK with its lab-tested materials and promise of superior preservation. As their ambitions have grown, Europe has become the next frontier.

Recently we redeveloped their entire website on the Shopify platform, giving Zip-Zag® a digital home that matches their product innovation. The site redesign, combined with new artwork and lead imagery, has elevated their brand presentation significantly. Their sales team has used this refresh as the foundation of a successful tour through Australia, and they now have big plans to extend that momentum into European markets.

A unique aspect of the project has been our work with AI. Zip-Zag® initiated early creative concepts using DALL-E 3 via ChatGPT, generating initial design ideas which we then refined and polished. In particular we worked hard to enhance realism in the lead images—for product photography and hero visuals—bringing out texture, clarity, and detail in ways that raw AI outputs can’t yet achieve on their own. The result is a striking visual storytelling platform that helps the products feel tangible, premium, and true to their performance.
